Definitely! Dahn classes won’t leave you feeling beat up and stiff. The more often you go the more quickly you’ll see your condition improve.
If you leave long gaps between practicing it’s hard to accumulate energy and change your body’s habits.
So go every day!
When you go to class regularly, you keep energy circulating through your body more effectively. So, keep going! The days when you feel most tired or sore are the days when you most need to go to class! You will always feel better when you improve your overall blood flow and circulation.
