My thinking used to be out of control when I first started my Dahn practice.  I would dwell on things forever making me crazy.  A thought would upset me and in trying to process the emotion with it I would go spiriling down.  I had no peace in my head.  Ilchi Lee in the Best 5 Handbook calls this thinking static. It is the information that gets between you and your true self.  I feel like that is so true.  When I have a quiet mind it is so easy to communicate with my true self.  There is so much ease and my body feels relaxed.  The more I practice this the quieter my head is becoming and I have more control of my emotions.

  2. When we offer true devotion to our true self, we create miracles for ourself! These miracles can keep growing into miracles for others, and for this world!
