Ilchi Lee states that these questions are some of the most important questions one must answer in their lifetime to grow. I’ve pondered these questions for as long as I can remember. Amazingly, I have found that I am one of the few who even think to ask! These questions were a burden to me, until I found Dahnhak, and Dahn Yoga, and Ilchi Lee helped lead me to the answers.
Look inside, the answers are within you. I found that timing is everything. Just like a seed, the potential for a tree or flower always lies within, but until the seed is given the proper conditions to grow, it will not bring forth what it truly is. It will just remain a seed. I think a seed is still a wonderful thing. It is worth no less than a fully blossomed flower or tree.
We must consider, and bless who we are at every single moment, whether it be a seed, a sprout, or an ancient and wise elderly plant… as in the Chun Bu Kyung, all things come and go. There is no beginning and no end.
I am happy to be who and what I am. I am prepared for my growth, but I cherish each and every blessed stage of that. I enjoy the journey.
