Ilchi Lee often recommends to just smile. When you are not happy and have many things to frown upon, just keep this in your mind. All you have to do is to just smile. Even if something seems hard and difficult, just do it.

When you feel life is hard for you to live or people around you are bothering, just breathe out deeply, sit back and relax. Try to watch your situation once again, from an objective point of view. See yourself from a distance. When you change your viewpoint, the same thing can be interpreted as a blessing instead of curse.

Every body can have emotions. Sometimes good and sometimes bad. We should always see a brighter side. Brain Wave Vibration training is a very powerful tool to overcome one’s emotion.
