This posture pushes out and blocks internal obstacles dormant within us, including various emotions, feelings of injury, ambitions, etc. These movements are basic to martial arts and also contain philosophy. Step forward with the right foot, assuming a front stance, and press forward at the height of the Middle Dahn-jon.

Continuing the movement, press forward with both hands at the height of the Lower Dahn-jon and Upper Dahn-jon.

Cross your arms at your Middle Dahn-jon, open your chest and press forward. Repeat this two mor times.
