About this game according to Ilchi Lee This game really gets moving while developing quick thinking and coordination. It works well with one child, but it ca also work very well with a large group.
01. Bounce an air-filled balloon from one child to another.
02. Call out names of body parts that the children must use to hit the balloon. Call out, “right elbow,” “left knee,” “head,” etc. Alternatively, create a sequence of movements that they must follow (e.g., bouncing the balloon with the shoulder, hand, knee, etc The more body parts you add, the more complicated it becomes.
03. Assign a number to each child. When that number is called, the child must hit the balloon. To make the game more challenging, assign more than one number to each child.
