5 Turn the Power Brain Energizer on and place it against your neck, feeling the vibration spread out into your brain and shoulders. Massage the whole area in order to increase the stimulation. Turn the Power Brain Energizer off and retain the feeling of the vibration for as long as possible.

6 Relax your shoulders and place the Power Brain Energizer against your sternum. Breathe in as you feel the vibration cover your whole chest, and then breathe out forcefully.

Turn the Power Brain Energizer on and place it against your lower Dahn-jon. Focus on the vibration those courses through the whole lower abdomen. Feel the intestines stir as your abdomen fills with deep warmth.
