When you think, “My hands are coming closer together…”

Then they will draw closer. When you think, “My hands are moving farther apart…”

Then they will move away from each other. You can control your hands with your mind. Repeat the pull-push motions, affirming the sensation of energy between your hands.

Now, imagine a ball of energy between your hands. Pour your consciousness into the space between your hands. Feel the cloud of energy, tangible and alive. Expand on the living sensation, molding it into the shape of a ball. Smooth the edges until it becomes a sphere…

A ball full of air and bounce. These lines copied from book of Ilchi Lee.

Focus on the vibration in your hands and then slowly move your hands in a circular motion. Expand the feeling of vibration from your hands to your arms, shoulders, chest, abdomen, neck, and Dahn-jon.

Now, turn the Power Brain Energizer on your left hand off while leaving the right one on. Place the Power Brain Energizer on your Baek-hwe and focus on the vibration. Turn the Power Brain Energizer off and retain the memory of the vibration, while visualizing the vibration coursing through your brain.

Now, turn the Power Brain Energizer on again and place it against your In-dang point. Focus on the vibration entering the In-dang, as it moves deep inside your brain. Turn the Power Brain Energizer off and feel the lingering vibration…

According to Mr Ilchi Lee until you feel yourself looking at your body. Who is the master of my body? My soul is the master of my body. Raise your hands slowly in front of your chest. Then let your hands go where they will, legs, arms, chest…

You are holding a private conversation with your body. Now bring your hands together, on your chest and speak to your soul…

Bringing mind and body together…

Ji-gam (Energy Sensitivity) Training raise both hands to chest level, palms facing each other, but not touching…

Direct your consciousness to your hands and whisper, Hands…hands…hands…” with the voice of your mind feel your hands begin to react.

A certain pull, a warmth…

Something drifting between your hands…

You are feeling the sensation of energy. Now push your hands closer together.

Now, turn the Power Brain Energizer on and place it against your Hwe-um, using your body weight to secure it in place. Feel the vibration spread out from your Hwe-um to the rest of your pelvis, traveling up along your spine, all the way to the seventh Chakra. Focus on the feeling of the vibration moving throughout your body.

1 0 Breathe in and breathe out, and sit in half lotus position. Turn the Power Brain Energizers on and place them on your hands. This exercise as per Ilchi Lee writes is especially effective whenever children seem frustrated by some task or situation. It helps them learn to keep looking forward to pushing through obstacles.

01. Ask your child, “Who do you want to be?” The answer could be about their dreams for their adult life, for next week, or even for the next minute.

02. Now shout this dream in one clear, concise, declarative sentence. Make sure the sentence is definite, as in, “I AM strong,” not “I want to become strong.” Make sure this is yelled as loudly as possible.

Very interesting words by Ilchi Lee about subject that adults often complain that kids don’t use their imagination as they used to. Their days are packed with preplanned activities school, sports, tutoring, etc. and every spare moment is filled in with DVDs, children cable television programming, and video games. Little time is left to explore the world and create adventures for themselves.

Why should they bother accessing their imagination when our media culture provides computer-animated dinosaurs, battling spaceships, and instantaneous travel to every part of the globe? When these things disappear, the inevitable cry of “I’m bored!” follows.

A bored child is a child who has not learned to draw on the vast creative resources that lie within the brain. A child’s mind, once awakened to its own imagination, can produce images and ideas that easily rival those of the Walt Disney and Steven Spielberg of this world. In addition, a child’s expressions of creativity provide a link to his or her inner workings.

Essentially, a drawing, skit, or a poem is a reflection of the creator’s mental and spiritual state. Through this kind of expression, children release much of the discomfort and pressure of growing up, and they can learn to imagine a world that is better for themselves and everyone around them.

About this game according to Ilchi Lee This game really gets moving while developing quick thinking and coordination. It works well with one child, but it ca also work very well with a large group.

01. Bounce an air-filled balloon from one child to another.

02. Call out names of body parts that the children must use to hit the balloon. Call out, “right elbow,” “left knee,” “head,” etc. Alternatively, create a sequence of movements that they must follow (e.g., bouncing the balloon with the shoulder, hand, knee, etc The more body parts you add, the more complicated it becomes.

03. Assign a number to each child. When that number is called, the child must hit the balloon. To make the game more challenging, assign more than one number to each child.

He writes in his book about kids development that of course, Brain Education is not the only educational system to emphasize the role of the brain in the learning process. Educators are increasingly turning to the discoveries of neuroscience to help them better understand how students learn, and many brain-based educational methods are in use today (see Nunley). In some ways, however, the study of the human brain is still in its infancy, and many aspects of brain function remain a mystery. You could say that we are just now entering “the era of the brain,” as neuroscientific knowledge increases almost daily, and the link between this information and educational pedagogy grows stronger and stronger.

Ilchi Lee more writes our children do not live in a world where belief systems and bodies of knowledge are passed from generation to generation without external influences. Rather, today’s child must face a veritable smorgasbord of information from which to choose. Our children must be able to adapt and process all this varied information easily and peacefully, so that they can make the best choices for themselves and the world as a whole.

Ilchi Lee published this article in his book

Brain Education is especially appropriate for today’s children because it offers tools to cope with issues that are unique to the young generation. Children today are sometimes referred to as “Generation M” because media dominate their lives in so many ways. Media technology, such as cable television and the Internet, provides a constant and unlimited flow of information. Youngsters must choose which ideas to accept and which to reject.

Their choices in this regard will affect their patterns of thinking about themselves and the world around them. The job of the educator and the parent is to help guide children in making these important decisions, which is a difficult task in a media culture more interested in selling jeans and cola than in creating well-rounded, confident individuals. Brain Education, in its essence, offers simple tools that provide children with the power to choose and use information more effectively.
