Ilchi Lee writes about vibration bring energy to your body in his book “Healing Society”.

Lie down on the floor comfortably. Place your arms and legs on the floor and close your eyes. Breathe in and out several times to release excess tension.

As you are living there, gently shake your head from side to side, allowing; your shoulders, arms, legs, and your whole body to relax. Imagine that all your stress is melting into the ground.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, making a whooshing sound.

Ilchi Lee suggests repeat this 3 times.

Touch your heels together, tap your toes together, then part the toes again, trying to touch the sides of the feet on the ground. Repeat several times in quick succession. Adjust speed on the motion depending on comfort level, but repeat at least 50 times without stopping.

When you begin to feel fatigued, slowly stop tapping and rest. Feel the subtle vibration going through the end of the toes to the knees, thighs, hips, and waist and to the top of the head. Challenge yourself to do a greater number of repetitions each time you practice.

Let us all feel this Ki energy together. Hold your hands in front of you in a prayer position, with the palms facing each other. Do not touch, but leave at least two inches between your hands. Concentrate on your hands. Hands. Hands. Hands. Your concentration is like a ray of bright light. Feel the light illuminate your hands. You will feel a certain warmth in your hands, a certain tingling sensation, or even a feeling that a bug is crawling up and down your hands. This is Ki energy you feel. Let us now use the power of this force to push our hands apart.

Imagine that your hands are drifting apart. Concentrate on your hands with singular point of conscious light and will them to move apart. Even without conscious motor control, you will feel your hand somehow moving apart on their own accord. Now let’s will them together. Closer, you think. Closer, closer, closer. Soon, your hands will drift back together again. You have just learned the basic concept of Ki energy and your will. Wherever you direct your will, the energy follows. What a powerful law of nature this is.

Edited and posted by: Ilchi Lee, he says before we embark on the road to the brain stem, there is one prerequisite you have to master, and that is your sensitivity to the Ki energy. Ki energy is the life energy that animates us. It is the Cosmic Energy that fills the universe. It is within and around us. And only by riding upon the wave of this energy can we enter the brain stem. If you place yourself in the embrace of Ki energy, you naturally will your neocortex to stop its functions and rest. Ki energy can be divided into three types: heat, attraction, and electricity. It is well known that we have a low voltage running the length of our physical bodies. This is a manifestation of Ki energy.

Conquer your anxiety. Believe in the existence of your higher self. You can find your True Self only through peace of mind. What is easier, finding an object in a clean room or in a room cluttered with junk? This is where Ki energy can help you. Because we are such doubtful creatures, we do not believe until we can see, smell, hear, or touch something. This is exactly what you will do with your life energy. You will feel it, I promise. And when you feel it, you will believe. You will believe that maybe there is something in this world other than your immediate physical and mental surroundings. You will begin to ask the really important questions. You will sense a realm of possibility beyond what you are used to. You will find your spiritual potential. Grab on to it and ride it to your True Self. Ki energy will be the vehicle on which you will cross that bridge.

An article about individual enlightenment by Ilchi Lee Prof

If enough people realize this and act out what naturally follows, then the human species is destined to create a social paradigm based on love, harmony, and cooperation.

The process is individual enlightenment, group enlightenment, and human enlightenment. Let us now all embark upon this road that will start out with individual enlightenment, and then join together to form a New Human Society before pushing forth with the power of True Self and True Love to effect a total spiritual transformation of humanity. Only when we have collectively raised our spiritual awareness to realize that we are part of the Cosmic Awareness will we reach our noblest of goals.

Ilchi Lee thinks we can begin our journey on this road by becoming aware at the Ki lite energy that surrounds and animates us. The bridge to the oneness at the cosmos, and we will cross this bridge by using our brains. By letting our brains breathe.

What will be left over, like a diamond in the rough, will be your True Self. If you really want to change for the better, you may have to be strong enough to cut off your own flesh to get rid of the dirt on top. As Jesus taught, “If your right hand offends you, cut it off and throw it away.”

In the Korean tradition, in order to learn from a Wise Teacher, you have to spend three years chopping wood, three years cleaning the house, and three years cooking before the Teacher would even deign to speak to you about anything of import. Ilchi Lee says there is a good reason for this seeming waste of time. It is to help you learn to kill your pride, your sense of judgment, and your sense of worth. Only when you have emptied yourself of all the dirt that you have accumulated from the outside world can you start filling back up with your True Self. You will hurt. You will bleed. You will scream in pain. But you have to clean yourself until you get to that layer that’s truly you.

The beautiful sound with their little human noises, Even now, when you really want to hear your soul speaking, you can. And when you hear it, you grab on to it and never let it go silent. Make that sound grow larger in volume until it drowns out all the petty cacophony in your life with a loud, beautiful symphony.

More Ilchi Lee said to listen to your soul is to lighten up your True Self. The root of your soul lies in your True Self. And where does the root of your True Self lie? In the Cosmic Oneness of which we are all a part. When you let your True Self shine through, you naturally realize that you and I are one. Only through this realization can we really come together as a society, as a people, and as humanity. Only then can we become One. By realizing that we are already One.

Try coming to this understanding through politics and ideologies. Not in a thousand years will you come to a lasting understanding or peace. Imagine you and your friend want to make up after a huge fight.

Through this exercise, imagine hurting, negative emotions being replaced with bright, positive emotions.

Sit in a comfortable position and place your hands on your knees, with your eyes closed. Relax your body and mind by taking several deep breaths. Feel the stream of energy move from the top of your head, down to your chest and then to your lower abdomen.

Concentrate on the top of your head.

Prof Ilchi lee said as you breathe in through your nose, imagine a stream of energy entering through the top of your head, circling around your head, and clearing your brain of negative emotional energy.

Breathe out through your mouth with a soft whooshing sound. Imagine stagnant, negative energy being expelled from your body.

The process that we call creation is therefore a conscious action whereby information is generated, outputted, experienced, and then upgraded or deleted according to the results of the experience. According to Prof  Ilchi Lee, it is an “editing” process. Rewriting the sentence, shortening or lengthening the paragraph, resizing the picture, changing the background color—in this vein, the term karma refers to the mounds of information stored in layers during the repeated attempts at “editing.”

The repeated output of existing but imperfect information is called Samsara in Buddhist lingo, or reincarnation, or transmigration of the soul. Karma not only refers to the process whereby genetic information in DNA creates the proteins that make up our physical bodies, but also to the overall life condition in which our physical bodies reside. Energy follows the pattern laid out by this informational blueprint of karma, organizing the material ingredients into specific shapes and forms, including our bodies and our living conditions.

Life Current, the protagonist in the drama of the truth, resides in all forms of existence. This can also be referred as the divine ubiquitous in all existence. However, depending upon its frequency and range of use, the form, shape, and method of its residence differs markedly. The higher its degree of activity, the higher its vibrational frequency, the wider its range of activity and the greater its powers of creation. When the activity of a Life Current is below a certain level, we consider it lifeless. Even among a single living system, the brightness of its activity and frequency of its vibration depends upon the rate of its use, determining the level of the consciousness in which it resides.

The level of brightness of the Life Current can, in the human case, be organized in a spectrum that reflects the pattern of thoughts and behaviors exhibited by individuals. In terms of energy, the differences in brightness can be described as a matter of differences in energy expenditure. However, in human terms, since energy is expressed through filters called emotions and thoughts, the individual awareness or brightness levels have to be determined by observing the patterns in one’s thoughts and behaviors. Mermaid Posture by Prof Ilchi Lee.

When a person’s awareness has attained a consistent level of brightness, only then is he able to see himself. This is a physical fact. Imagine lighting an oil lamp in a dark room. As the lamp wick starts to burn, the light gradually gets brighter. Gradually, with the ever-brightening light, you are able to see your hands, arms, and, eventually, your whole body. When you can see yourself, you become self-conscious and act with more care. When the light becomes bright enough for you to start discerning others in the room, you start acting with decorum, becoming considerate of others. And because you can now see yourself, you start asking why you are here. Only then have you taken your first step towards going back home. As the flow of Life Current becomes stronger within you, your awareness becomes brighter, giving you more insight and knowledge. When the activity level of your Life Current reaches a certain point of critical mass, it changes into a different and advanced form, much like a butterfly climbing out of a cocoon. This is the meaning of evolution.

Ultimately, the goal of brain wave vibration is for you to grow as a person. However, this main goal encompasses seven smaller goals.

To achieve them, close your eyes and gently shake your head back and forth. Concentrate on the movement of your head—the natural rhythm—for a couple of minutes. You are now on your way to:

1. Maintaining healthier brain waves. Studies show that there is great benefit in learning how to lower your brain waves.

2. Managing your stress. Your parasympathetic nervous system is given a chance to bring your body back to a state of healthy equilibrium.

3. Activating all parts of the brain. This will help to shift mental emphasis away from the thinking part of the brain, so that all parts of the brain can begin to function in beneficial ways.

4. Developing positive habits. You will achieve a relaxed, open state of mind that will better facilitate the development of new mental and physical habits.

5. Creating happiness. You will return to a simple state of being, a place where you can experience yourself and the world without thought or judgment.

6. Restoring a healthy energy condition in your body. Release the tension that blocks the flow of ki energy in the body, thereby improving your overall sense of vitality and health.

7. Expanding your awareness of yourself and the universe.

According to Ilchi Lee, author of Brain Wave Vibration, “Brain Wave Vibration, by quieting the thinking mind, allows you, at least for a few moments, to tap into the greater rhythm and flow of the universe as a whole.”

There are physical, mental and spiritual benefits for all who use this technique. The healing is very individualized within these benefits. It’s up to you to get started.
