During that time, one of the more experienced teachers recommended that I get training to teach Brain Education to children. When I was first introduced to Brain Wave Vibration, I thought, “What’s the point of just shaking the head?” In the beginning, I focused only on the head and neck during Brain Wave Vibration, but eventually the motion spread through my entire body. Then the next day, I was able to wake up in the morning by myself without the aid of an alarm.
Now I manage my mind and body through Brain Wave Vibration. What I realized after the sixty hours of Brain Education training is that there was nothing at all wrong with the students. I was the problem. I was not a happy person, and I was looking around at the students and the world with that unhappy attitude.
The plaintiffs in the lawsuit loved Dahn Yoga so much that they connected to Dahn Yoga like a family. Unfortunately, they were young and also projected the expectations of their families onto Dahn Yoga. I became much happier after the training, and I wanted to share that happiness with others. My students looked so loving when I met them again, and I could communicate well with my students for the rest of the semester. Then I finally started to have hope that I might one day be able to become a truly good teacher to my students.
One day, a student came to me and said, “I used to think that I couldn’t do anything before I met you. But now, I think I can do anything. Thank you so much, teacher!” As I heard this, I cried out loud. I was so happy and so grateful.

There is a natural progression to life that unfortunately many of us have stepped away from. It is like many of us are caterpillars who have decided not to become butterflies. Or maybe we have just forgotten that we are able to become butterflies.
As I see it, the human life span has three phases. First we have a growth phase that usually is experienced during childhood, adolescence, and our early twenties. Of course we continue to grow throughout our lives, but this is a particularly intense period of investigation and experimentation during which we try to pet to know ourselves and the world.
In our late twenties and thirties, we move into what I call the “success phase,” during which we try to create something tangible with our lives in the physical world, perhaps through career or the development of our finances.

In light of Mr Ilchi Lee experience as the years pass, children must learn to handle the many emotions that are part of growing up. The process is made all the more difficult if family life is strained or if peer relations are uncomfortable. As much as they would like to, adults cannot wholly prevent the tears, fights, and frustrations that are an inevitable part of life.
However, we can provide a sense of empowerment over the ebb and flow of the mind. Children must know that feelings do not come from outside themselves. We say, “This makes me happy” or “That makes me mad,” but in reality, emotions come from within ourselves, from inside our brain. To take full ownership of the brain, it is essential to master the emotions as much as possible. This, of course, can be difficult, since emotions are almost impossible to turn on or off at will. It is vital, however, to gain control of our mind if we wish to pursue a life that is truly creative, peaceful, and productive.

We have eight beings, four sons and four daughters, giving us four couples. These were the “Yellow Couple,” the “White Couple,” the “Black Couple,” and the “Blue Couple”—giving us hints of racial diversification in the very beginning of history, with a clear route to a common ancestor. The only food available was the “milk from the ground.”
Then the rhythm of Yuln’yo was once again called into play by Mago to create the Heavens and the Earth and the water and the Ki energy in complete harmony. The four couples each took responsibility for a different aspect of the Earth. The Yellows were put in charge of the Earth, the Whites in charge of Ki energy, the Blacks in charge of fire, and the Blues in charge of water. And in order to create life to live on Earth, Mago commanded the four couples to open up their ribs to give birth. Each couple gave birth to three sons and three daughters, for a total of twenty-four children. After a few generations, the twenty-four became three thousand and then twelve thousand, who all lived in Mago’s Castle in total harmony, all drinking the milk of the Earth.

However, as easy as it might be, enlightenment embodies all the life force and love of the universe, giving you the ability to save the whole human race with your one choice. Inside your heart lies True Love. Inside your heart lies Infinite Life. Inside your heart lies the Creator Within. When you realize this, the actualization and expression of your divinity becomes of the utmost importance, for passive and idle enlightenment is no enlightenment at all. At the moment of enlightenment, your number one goal should be to devise ways through which you can point out the open door to your fellow human beings. That is the true meaning of enlightenment. Sharing it.
Let us start an Enlightenment Revolution In book of Ilchi Lee.
The book tells us that this celestial being called Mago, born out of Yuln’yo, gave bitth to two daughters, without any need for a partner since she was complete unto herself. These two daughters, being also complete in their femaleness and maleness, gave birth to two males and two females each.

All about body and brain in words of Ilchi Lee is his book.
I was beyond pain at that point of clarity, for I had no senses that I could feel. I was beyond my physical body. I had no fear because I had no senses. Without physical senses, you have no fear of pain, for you know you cannot feel physical pain. It’s like escaping from a huge prison.
Then you realize that the door was open all the time. Then you feel foolish that you busted your head and bruised your body to squeeze yourself through the narrow bars of the prison when the door right next to the bars was ajar all the time. You can see the open door now that you are outside, now that your point of view has changed. That’s why I say that enlightenment is such an obvious thing. All you have to do is step through the door. All it takes is your choice to will your feet to take you through the door that is open already!

This is another form of Brain Wave Vibration that can help heal many physical problems, including headaches, insomnia, and circulation problems. Like Abdominal Vibration, Toe-Tap Vibration helps return the body’s energy balance to a healthy state by bringing energy down to the lower body. It is also a very good mind-body coordination exercise.
Toe-Tap Vibration is also a great brain-body coordination exercise. Because the feet are so far away from the brain, you may find that at first they do not want to cooperate! But keep working at it and keep trying to increase your speed and the evenness of the rhythm.
The feet also contain a wide variety of acupressure points that are stimulated during this exercise. Because all the energy lines in the body end in the feet, you can energize your whole
body when vou stimulate your feet. Read more by Ilchi Lee.
