This exercise as per Ilchi Lee writes is especially effective whenever children seem frustrated by some task or situation. It helps them learn to keep looking forward to pushing through obstacles.

01. Ask your child, “Who do you want to be?” The answer could be about their dreams for their adult life, for next week, or even for the next minute.

02. Now shout this dream in one clear, concise, declarative sentence. Make sure the sentence is definite, as in, “I AM strong,” not “I want to become strong.” Make sure this is yelled as loudly as possible.

In light of Mr Ilchi Lee experience as the years pass, children must learn to handle the many emotions that are part of growing up. The process is made all the more difficult if family life is strained or if peer relations are uncomfortable. As much as they would like to, adults cannot wholly prevent the tears, fights, and frustrations that are an inevitable part of life.

However, we can provide a sense of empowerment over the ebb and flow of the mind. Children must know that feelings do not come from outside them­selves. We say, “This makes me happy” or “That makes me mad,” but in reality, emotions come from within ourselves, from inside our brain. To take full owner­ship of the brain, it is essential to master the emotions as much as possible. This, of course, can be difficult, since emotions are almost impossible to turn on or off at will. It is vital, however, to gain control of our mind if we wish to pursue a life that is truly creative, peaceful, and productive.

Ilchi Lee writes about vibration bring energy to your body in his book “Healing Society”.

Lie down on the floor comfortably. Place your arms and legs on the floor and close your eyes. Breathe in and out several times to release excess tension.

As you are living there, gently shake your head from side to side, allowing; your shoulders, arms, legs, and your whole body to relax. Imagine that all your stress is melting into the ground.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth, making a whooshing sound.

Ilchi Lee suggests repeat this 3 times.

Touch your heels together, tap your toes together, then part the toes again, trying to touch the sides of the feet on the ground. Repeat several times in quick succession. Adjust speed on the motion depending on comfort level, but repeat at least 50 times without stopping.

When you begin to feel fatigued, slowly stop tapping and rest. Feel the subtle vibration going through the end of the toes to the knees, thighs, hips, and waist and to the top of the head. Challenge yourself to do a greater number of repetitions each time you practice.

This is another form of Brain Wave Vibration that can help heal many physical problems, including headaches, insomnia, and circulation problems. Like Abdominal Vibration, Toe-Tap Vibration helps return the body’s energy balance to a healthy state by bringing energy down to the lower body. It is also a very good mind-body coordination exercise.

Toe-Tap Vibration is also a great brain-body coordination ex­ercise. Because the feet are so far away from the brain, you may find that at first they do not want to cooperate! But keep work­ing at it and keep trying to increase your speed and the evenness of the rhythm.

The feet also contain a wide variety of acupressure points that are stimulated during this exercise. Because all the energy lines in the body end in the feet, you can energize your whole

Follow these points by Ilchi Lee about subject:

1. Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart. Relax your body completely, breathe comfortably, and close vour eves. Bend your knees slightly and release all tension.

2. Lift your elbows out to the side and place your hands in front of the middle of your chest. Face your palms toward the ground, but keep your hands, shoulders, and arms relaxed. Bend your knees slightly.

3. Twist your torso from side to side, as though you are spinning on an axis. Twist only your upper body, keeping your hips and thighs completely stationary. Breathe in deeply and exhale completely.

4. Continue the motion for several minutes. If you feel pain, breathe into the pain, focusing on directing fresh, healing energy into the area that feels painful. Continue until the motion feels comfortable. After a few minutes, let your arms drop, allowing them to swing side to side.

Read article by Prof Lee about subject. He writes about how would you answer when someone asks you, “What’s your favorite flower?” How about, “What’s your favorite color?” If you answer, “I like roses,” or “I like blue,” who is this “I” you are talking about? What is this “I” entity that decided that it liked roses and the color blue? This entity is the compilation of information that is in your head. A human being is an amalgamation of countless pieces of information. The human awareness of “me” consists of what my name is, how old I am, what my favorite color is, what my favorite flower is, what the happiest moment in my life was, what my future dream is, and so on. This compilation of sorted information is what differentiates us from one another.

Information, depending upon the route through which we absorb it, can be divided into three categories: genetic information, intellectual information, and experiential information. The sperm of the father and the ovum of the mother carry genetic information. Our collective ancestors through countless years of refinement pass it down to us. Intellectual information is information that we get through outside sources such as books, education, movies, television, and all manner of external media. It is an indirect form of information. Experiential information is information that we personally feel and absorb through direct experience or confrontation with an event. It is a direct form of information.

Faulty vision may also be improved by neck exercises by Ilchi Lee:

* Turn the head in semicircles.

* Go the shoulders clockwise and counter clockwise briskly, drawing them up as far as possible more than a few times. (This can also be done in the yogic pose, Pranayama.)

* Twist the head to the right and to the left as far as probable several times.

Prof Lee writes that these exercises loosen up tight neck muscles, which may restrict blood supply to the head.

Introduction by Ilchi Lee: Dong-nip-bo is a stance that has an air of aloofness, like a crane standing high, close to the sky. The stance is very good for meditation training and effective for improving concentration as well as mental stability. The body’s weight remains balanced over one leg, with the foot gripping the floor. The other leg is held with the knee raised to form a right angle and the ankle relaxed.

Set: Stand on one leg and hold your other leg raised with knee bent. The leg you are lifting should be held so that your thigh is parallel to the ground. Extend your foot with your toes pointing toward the ground and positioned beside the knee of your supporting leg. The hand on the side of your raised leg should be held in a fist, with the arm rotated inward so that the fist points downward. The opposite hand should be held with the fist facing upward. When standing with the left foot in front, this stance is called Jwa-dong-nip-bo; when standing with the right foot in front, it is called U-dong-nip-bo.

1. From the last movement of Heo-bo, or-^g your nght foot beside your left foot.

2. Bring your fists to your sides.

3. Extend your right arm, moving your fist to the inside of your right thigh.

4. As you raise your right leg, extend your efficiency.

5. Look to the right and balance your weight over your left leg.

6. Slowly lower your hand and (e.g and then repeat the movement on the opposite side.

When you try this training, at first, the feeling might be very subtle. Never mind. Hold on to that sensation with all your concentration and sincerity. That feeling is there. It is real. It is an actual physical manifestation. However, because it may be very subtle, you may think that you are imagining it. Keep practicing and soon you will sense the energy more strongly. Awakening this innate sensitivity will bring you a new dimension to self-reliance for health.

Human Technology suggests that meditative experience can be deeper if preceded by stimulation and energizing our bodies and breath. We do this through “meridian exercises,” an effective way of moving our bodies to improve our breath-work and to enhance our awareness while energizing our bodies.

The meridian system of the body is a series of channels or pathways running from the feet to the head and the head to the hands transporting Ki (Qi or Chi). Ki is usually described as the life-energy that is associated with all living processes in Oriental Medicine. It flows through all life forms. Meridians can be likened to rivers of the body. The meridian system is responsible for the distribution of Ki throughout its intricate network. nourishing and influencing body, mind, and spirit. Acupressure (or acupuncture) points, which are distributed along meridians, up and close your eyes. Relax your body, especially your neck and shoulders. Relax your mind. Inhale deeply, and let go of any remaining tension while exhaling. (Soft meditative music in the background may be helpful.)are portals through which energy enters and exits the body.

The process that we call creation is therefore a conscious action whereby information is generated, outputted, experienced, and then upgraded or deleted according to the results of the experience. According to Prof  Ilchi Lee, it is an “editing” process. Rewriting the sentence, shortening or lengthening the paragraph, resizing the picture, changing the background color—in this vein, the term karma refers to the mounds of information stored in layers during the repeated attempts at “editing.”

The repeated output of existing but imperfect information is called Samsara in Buddhist lingo, or reincarnation, or transmigration of the soul. Karma not only refers to the process whereby genetic information in DNA creates the proteins that make up our physical bodies, but also to the overall life condition in which our physical bodies reside. Energy follows the pattern laid out by this informational blueprint of karma, organizing the material ingredients into specific shapes and forms, including our bodies and our living conditions.
