The process of evolution whereby a life form activates and strengthens its own life energy begins with the birth of its soul. The birth of the soul means that the Life Current coalesces around a single nucleus. We refer to this entity as the soul. Prof Ilchi Lee said that nucleus of a soul is that one thought that does not dissipate or dissolve even with time. Usually, this nucleus is a strong desire or an unquenchable hope. This thought becomes the seed around which the Life Current gathers to form one consistent unit. As long as this seed remains viable—in other words, until the hope or desire becomes fulfilled—the soul will maintain a consistent identity.
We can make an analogy to a lake fed by a stream and which empties into another stream below. The flow of the water remains unimpeded, constantly replenishing the water in the lake, and the shape of the lake remains consistent. Likewise, although the Life Current is always flowing, the soul keeps its shape, as does the lake.
While keeping its shape constant, the soul begins a journey to satisfy the desire or hope that forms its nucleus. By satisfy, we mean either achieve or “output” the shape or form envisioned by the hope. If the soul somehow manages to succeed in a single try, then the hope is quenched and the nucleus dissolved, allowing the Life Current to go back to its original state. The lake goes back to being just water. However, if it doesn’t succeed at its first attempt, it repeats the attempt again and again, adding new ideas and editing the old. It’s akin to you creating a picture or a document in your computer.

Ilchi Lee says, good news makes good brain. When you get a piece of good news, you feel very good. When you feel good, your brain becomes good. We should always focus on creating good news. When you create big good news, then it will positively affect a number of people.
To create good news, one should really focus. Our brain is very easily distracted by many things surrounding us. With the evolution through generations, human brain is built to be responsive to a certain types of stimuli.
The human brain loves sex. Brain loves to try new things. So we want the current education system to guide people to make good use of their sexual energy. But what is the reality like? In the material world, many businesses are taking advantage of people’s brain and make money. We should stay true to our soul and divinity. We should bear with human relationship and daily lives.

Return your left foot to its original position, and then stand again with your feet spread apart in a horse stance.
Turn your head to the front and, at the same time, bring your hands up to your armpits.
Mermaid Posture by Prof Ilchi Lee
This movement brings to mind a vision of a mermaid returning to the Halls of the Dragon King. The Halls of the Dragon King symbolize a world in which the true nature of humanity is realized. Here, the image of humanity dedicated to recovering its true nature is given form in the picture of a swimming mermaid.
Inhaling, cross your arms in front of your chest, and at the same time, move your right foot to the rear and assume a front stance.
Move your hands in an alternating motion, one up and one down, like a mermaid swimming. Repeat this movement six times.
Completely exhale any air remaining in your lungs as you extend your wrists.

Sit in the half-lotus position and straighten your back. Do the Feeling Energy exercise, page 68, for a couple of minutes, until you feel the energy clearly.
When you feel the surrounding energy field, cup your hands above your head, without touching it, and feel the flow of energy emanating from your brain.
As you feel the energy from your brain, spread your fingers apart and bring them in again to expand the feeling of the energy. Bring vour hands closer and push them farther out from your head as you feel the force of the energy, like magnetic attraction and repulsion. Let the movement of your hands, breath, and brain synchronize into one rhvthm. Let vour bodv inflate and deflate like a large balloon with the rhythm of your breath.
Create a picture in your mind of the person you want to be or the goal you want to achieve. Imagine in detail that vour desire has already been achieved and give yourself acknowledgment and assurance of success. Concentrate on your lower abdomen as you breathe in and out deeply.

Sit on a chair comfortably. Keep your legs apart at shoulder width. Place your hands on your abdomen or rest them on your thighs. Relax your chest, shoulders, and arms completely. You may close vour eves or keep them open. Open your mouth slightly and keep focusing on exhalation. Focus on the energy flow inside your body.
Vision Meditation
This meditation helps you supply the brain with information that is positive, refreshing, and supportive—information that will motivate the brain to its full capacity. The most important role of our brain is to help us find ways to fulfill our visions and dreams. Pursuit of a vision will awaken your brain’s innate potential and will provide unending motivation worthy of your time and effort.
VISION MEDITATION EXERCISE 1
Sit in the half-lotus position and straighten your back. Do Feeling Energy exercise (page 68) for a few minutes. When you feel the surrounding energy field and have quieted your thoughts and emotions, lower your hands to your knees or rest your cupped hands on your heels. Create a picture in your mind of the person you want to be or the goal you want to achieve. Imagine in detail that your desire has already been achieved and give yourself acknowledgment and an assuring message.
Concentrate on your lower abdomen; breathe in and out deeply 3 times. Clap quickly 10 times, rub your hands together briskly, and gently massage your face.

Several studies have shown that very specific, concrete things happen in the brain when you meditate. First of all, your brain waves drop dramatically during meditation to a level very similar to the brain waves emitted during dreaming. You could look at meditation as a kind of waking sleep, a time when you have consciously and purposely allowed your brain to rest and relax deeply. The benefits of this are truly profound, since so many physical ailments are related to stress. You could also look at meditation as happiness training. Dr. Richard Davidson of the University of Wisconsin theorizes that meditation increases activity in the left prefrontal cortex, which is associated with feelings of contentment and joy. The more you practice meditation, the more your brain will gain the habit of using these regions of the brain. Also, scientists have noted that meditation calms activity in the amygdale, which is responsible for tear and stress responses. Before you begin deep meditation, practice these basic postures.
FLOOR MEDITATION POSTURE
This is the classic half-lotus meditation posture. If you find it uncomfortable, you can sit on a pillow or against a wall (or both). You can also do this with your legs extended or in a chair.
Sit on the floor with your legs crossed. One foot may rest on the floor, but the other should sit on your thigh. Keep your back straight. Place your hands on your knees. Hold your palms facing upward. You may close your eyes or keep them open.
Relax your shoulders. Keep your chin slightly lowered. O Open vour mouth slightly and keep focusing on exhalation. Focus on the energy flow inside vour body.

The basic meaning of neuroplasticity is that like a muscle, the physical brain responds to consistent, rigorous stimuli in a way that does not simply grow new neural connections, but actually changes the structure of the brain in order to more efficiently use the incoming signals. This means that your brain is never too old to grow and adapt to new tasks and challenges. In fact, it has great versatility by Ilchi Lee.
An example can been seen in the brains of fast readers. In the brains of some people who read and absorb written information at high speed, time produces a change in the brain such that the pathways from the centers that process optical information to the centers of higher thinking become denser with neural connections, a sort of mental superhighway to allow the quicklv acquired information to pass through the brain more quicklv. Researchers have found similar changes in the brains of athletes and craftspeople.
If you spent years training your thoughts with mental challenges and demanding tasks, such as learning Greek or plaving the saxophone, is it not likely that your brain would be more supple, responsive, and sharp? Clearly, we can train our brains like an athlete trains his or her bodv. The brain is unique as an organ that can be refined through our attention to it. That is the potential we find in neuroplasticity.
Based on the Bronx Aging Study, published in the New England Journal of Medicine in 2003, people with high IQs and more education have a lower risk of developing dementia as they get older. This mav be because such people are more likely to engage in brain-intensive activities, or because they have more neural connections through genetic inheritance, or both. Either way, an active intellect appears to have more healthy neurons in reserve to be used when natural brain degeneration kills off some brain cells. This confirms the “use it or lose it” idea of brain health, lust as with anyother part of your body, if you do not keep your brain active, its abilities will decline dramatically.

Ki exists everywhere. Ki is light, sound, and vibration.
Ki
Ki
Ki
Ki
Ki
Coming together and drifting apart in an endless flow, Ki is the medium of expression of all phenomena of life.
Not only the objects that surround us, but You and I are all temporary phenomena expressed by a coming together of the Ki flow that will soon dissipate and be on its way again.
From the book ‘Brain Wave Vibration” by ilchi lee
may become an object, phenomenon, or life. is the that cannot be caught by a net. is the life that enjoys absolute freedom and cannot be defined by anything; it is the flow of life itself. exists beyond theories and beyond philosophy. does not exist solely inside a conceptual fence defined by terms such as yin, yang, or the five elements,As in traditional Chinese medicine.

The intestines are directly connected to the condition of the skin on our face. I used to have Acne pretty bad most of my life. I tried to use many ointments and creams to change the condition. None of them worked. When I started shaving it got even worse. I would let the hair on my face get thick to avoid having to deal with it. Once I started doing the intestine workout at the Dahn Yoga studio I started to notice a change. I only had bumps when-ever I shaved carelessly or in a hurry. I was told that the intestines were connected to condition of the skin. After I experienced that I took a deep interest in keeping my intestines healthy and flexible.

The law of the energy resonance states that vibrations at the same frequency attract one another. That’s why similar-natured people flock together. One’s nature changes depending on choices and actions. The clearer one’s nature becomes, the more habits change. When people spend a long time together, their natures become similar because as energy resonates, information and moods interact. This is why the kind of group one belongs to is considered an important aspect of our lives.
Let’s watch in and out then check what level of energy are out there. Start to change what I can do. Rather than to be affected, but to give effects of my positive energy. It can start from a simple action such as cleaning a place I stay together. It can be a simple habit. Recently Ilchi lee is recommending a ‘21 days Miracle method’ to help people to create a good habit. Let’s make good habits step by step. We can make it ^_^
