Follow these points by Ilchi Lee about subject:
1. Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart. Relax your body completely, breathe comfortably, and close vour eves. Bend your knees slightly and release all tension.
2. Lift your elbows out to the side and place your hands in front of the middle of your chest. Face your palms toward the ground, but keep your hands, shoulders, and arms relaxed. Bend your knees slightly.
3. Twist your torso from side to side, as though you are spinning on an axis. Twist only your upper body, keeping your hips and thighs completely stationary. Breathe in deeply and exhale completely.
4. Continue the motion for several minutes. If you feel pain, breathe into the pain, focusing on directing fresh, healing energy into the area that feels painful. Continue until the motion feels comfortable. After a few minutes, let your arms drop, allowing them to swing side to side.

I was able to see and talk to the spirits or ghosts. I would call and send away different spirits. I would see ghosts haunting or attaching themselves to some house or person. I would talk to these ghosts and tell them to leave. I was also able to sense the different diseases or states of mind of different people before even talking to them. A person with cancer and smells differently from a healthy person. A person with diabetes is the same way. Ilchi Lee said a person who just went through an emotional trauma has a different reel to him or her. Their energy vibration is just different. Local Mudangs. or traditional Korean shamans, would come to me with their heads bowed and want me to lead them in some exorcism or another. They would prepare pork heads and other required foods and dance crazily for hours, banging on their drums and wailing and chanting. And I would see these spirits hanging around, some with hate and vengeance from previous lifetimes, and I would tell them, “Stop it already. You are only increasing your own Karma debt, no matter what manners of wrongs this person’s ancestors have done to you.” Then they would go. Once you enter into the world of energy, it is no big deal. What are ghosts anyway? Just a pale reflection of energy that is too weak to manifest physically.
One morning when it was bitterly cold out, I was sitting in the middle of fresh snow, meditating. This was the last day of a hundred straight days of training that I promised myself.

Articles collection by Ilchi Lee writer of book Brain Education and Healing Society.
This is not an easy task, to unearth the purity of your soul from underneath all the dirt that you have mistakenly thought was the real you. If you don’t have the will, you will give up. This is not a road that someone who is attached to his or her physical self can travel. This is not a fruit that someone who cannot let go of his petty needs can pluck. This is the road to absolute freedom. This is the road to your True Self. You have to give it your utmost love and devotion. You can only arrive at this destination when you truly appreciate its worth. Your True Self is worth more than ten—no, one hundred—stars put together.
You have to be willing to give up the Milky Way itself to find your True Self. That’s how precious it is. Yet, we would trade the preciousness of our true selves for the excess comfort of an extra TV or a bigger house. What a lousy bargain! Truly a deal with the devil. Close your eyes and look silently at yourself again.

Informative article by Ilchi Lee about graying hair and vitamins.
The vitamins considered useful in premature graying of hair are pantothenic acid, para-amino benzoic acid or PABA and inositol. The minimum daily requirement of these vitamins appears to be 10 mg of pantothenic acid, 100 gm of para-aminobenzoic acid and 2000 mg of inositol.
To get satisfactory consequences, all three of these vitamins, belonging to B group, should be supplied at one time preferably in a form which gives all B vitamins, such as yeast, wheat germ and liver. The three anti-gray hair vitamins can be produced in the intestinal area by bacteria. Thus drinking a liter of yogurt daily with a tablespoon of yeast before each meal will be an outstanding medicine for the avoidance and treatment of premature graying of hair. If one wishes to take tablets of calcium pantothenate and PABA, they should be taken in addition to the yeast and yogurt and not as a substitute for them.

Article collected by: Prof Ilchi Lee
Foods wealthy in vitamin C, E and B-complex are extremely beneficial in the treatment of low blood sugar. Vitamins C and B increase tolerance to sugar and carbohydrates and help normalize sugar metabolism. Pantothenic acid, and vitamin B6 help to build up adrenals, which are generally exhausted in persons with hypoglycaemia.
Ilchi Lee writes that Vitamin E gets better glycogen storage in the muscles and tissues. The patient should take vitamin C in large doses from 2,000 to 5,000 mg, B6 in a daily dose of 50 mg and vitamin E up to 1,600 IU every day.

From a translation of Ilchi Lee’s book The Power of the Brain
A philosophy is like the potter’s wheel upon which the vessel of a person’s character and ability is shaped. Will it catch rain falling from heaven as a cup or a bucket? The amount of rainwater held varies according to the size of the vessel. The world in which our children will live calls for a philosophy great enough to hold in its embrace humanity, the Earth, and the cosmos.
From a translation of Ilchi Lee’s book The Power of the Brain
Children find stability, and demonstrate a variety of abilities within that stability, only when they have the confidence that they are loved no matter what.

Life Current, the protagonist in the drama of the truth, resides in all forms of existence. This can also be referred as the divine ubiquitous in all existence. However, depending upon its frequency and range of use, the form, shape, and method of its residence differs markedly. The higher its degree of activity, the higher its vibrational frequency, the wider its range of activity and the greater its powers of creation. When the activity of a Life Current is below a certain level, we consider it lifeless. Even among a single living system, the brightness of its activity and frequency of its vibration depends upon the rate of its use, determining the level of the consciousness in which it resides.
The level of brightness of the Life Current can, in the human case, be organized in a spectrum that reflects the pattern of thoughts and behaviors exhibited by individuals. In terms of energy, the differences in brightness can be described as a matter of differences in energy expenditure. However, in human terms, since energy is expressed through filters called emotions and thoughts, the individual awareness or brightness levels have to be determined by observing the patterns in one’s thoughts and behaviors. Mermaid Posture by Prof Ilchi Lee.
When a person’s awareness has attained a consistent level of brightness, only then is he able to see himself. This is a physical fact. Imagine lighting an oil lamp in a dark room. As the lamp wick starts to burn, the light gradually gets brighter. Gradually, with the ever-brightening light, you are able to see your hands, arms, and, eventually, your whole body. When you can see yourself, you become self-conscious and act with more care. When the light becomes bright enough for you to start discerning others in the room, you start acting with decorum, becoming considerate of others. And because you can now see yourself, you start asking why you are here. Only then have you taken your first step towards going back home. As the flow of Life Current becomes stronger within you, your awareness becomes brighter, giving you more insight and knowledge. When the activity level of your Life Current reaches a certain point of critical mass, it changes into a different and advanced form, much like a butterfly climbing out of a cocoon. This is the meaning of evolution.

I came to Dahn Yoga and Healing Center about a year and a half ago, primarily for dahn mu do to help with osteoarthritis and spine alignment problems. I have received much more than I ever expected, in terms of reduced pain, increased flexibility, strengthening, and understanding of the mind-body connection.

I started practicing DahnMuDo about 6 or 7 years ago. The total time I have practiced martial arts is a little over 17 years. My original purpose for studying martial arts was self defense. At that time I was living on the South and the West-side of Chicago. For that purpose I successful. When I began practicing DahnMuDo it was around my tenth year of studying various styles from Western boxing, Jeet Kune Do, grappling, Iron Fist, Japanese sword(very basic level), Chinese weapons (nunchaku, wu-shu sword, short stick), Wing Chun, Hapkido, Tae-Kwon Do and Judo. I remember when the head master there told me the goal of the training at that school is not fighting but healing myself. I thought to myself how is that possible. When I started the training I was able to focus a whole lot more in the moment than what I normally would. I ususally train alot but it was different because it was not focused on situations to use certain motions but more on how I am moving my body. The more I practiced the more I could feel something inside my body moving. I can only describe it as energy. I could feel it moving on the outside of my body all the way to inside of my bones. That was a huge jump for me in my martial arts training. At that point I could see what the really advanced martial artist in the past would refer to as a Tao master. These are not people who practice a particular style of martial arts but they master there physical, energy and spiritual body. Those are the kind of people no one feels threatened by and no one wants to fight them. I remember the Head Master ( Owoon) told me that when the mind’s energy becomes big enough it can calm the mind of someone who wants to do hurt someone. My training at that time shifted from fighting to not having anything to fight and making my life the best life I can dream of.

Isn’t Earth a beautiful place. If you take just one minute to look at it and take in the air and appreciate its true beauty you can see how much the Earth provides for us. We usually are not as a whole aware of the benefits the Earth gives us. I have been noticing many things around me regardless of the negative things that happen in our lives and the lives of those we know and don’t know the Earth is still here providing it infinite beauty.
