The goal of Brain Wave Vibration is to completely quiet the mind so that the latent powers of the brain can come to the forefront. However, this is not so easy for most people, since there are accustomed to constant, habitual chatter in their minds. Instead of vainly trying to shut off your mind, you can concentrate on a single positive thought. Choose something highly empowering that relates to your personal vision. For example, it could be something as simple as, “I am whole. I am one.” Chant this to yourself, either silently or aloud, as a personal mantra while you practice. Through this process, the vibrations of your own voice will add to the overall effect on your brain waves and will strengthen your transformational intent.

Wow! I just came back from the Brain Education Conference in UN on June 20th, 2008.

Ilchi Lee hosted the conference, and Dr. Jill Taylor, Dr. Antonio Damasio joined the conference as speakers.

Ilchi Lee opening address

At the opening address, Ilchi Lee says,

“Eight years ago, I visited here to attend the Millennium World Peace Summit at the UN main conference hall. At that time, I came as a guest. In my turn, I offered a Prayer of Peace, part of which says: “God made the earth. We humans have to make it prosper.” As I see it, the UN is the international organization most strongly founded upon a dream of humanity’s peace. Balancing this dream, I understand very well that the UN’s responsibilities are huge and important, especially the mission to resolve humanity’s problems: global warming, famine, destruction of ecosystems, loss of human nature.”

“When I offered the Prayer of Peace eight years ago at the UN’s main conference hall, I thought I would not end this only with a prayer. I promised myself that I would come back to the UN after making tools and methods to help the world realize peace. That was my choice, and the vision that I was enlightened to twenty-seven years ago through a strong experience of my brain. At a crossroads of life and death, struggling with the fundamental questions about life, I envisioned a way to realize peace! I offer Brain Education as that tool. Eight years have passed and I stand here to realize the choice — this time as the host, not as a guest.”

It was so touching. I remember when he prayed for peace 8 years ago.

It has been two and a half years since I moved to the place I am now.  I have been observing the weather patterns closely.  The weather here is so hard even for the weather man to predict.  I would say off hand their accuracy is %60.  That means that they are off half the time.  The insects that came out in the spring and summer season the first year of my move were no where to be found the last year and a half until the winter time.  Even this last two weeks have almost been like spring weather and since yesterday sudden winter.  I heard these kinds of things are happening elsewhere also.  It seems to me that the Earth is telling us that it is a time for change.  I feel this also from watching myself and all the different people on Earth.  It seems like we are all on the verge of something.  Then again we are always on the verge of something be it renaissance, war, technological breakthroughs even overcoming the physical limits of the body.  The weather is not controled by human desire like people.  That means we can see our situation through the things that have no attachement.

Where does happiness come from?   Many people might answer saying once you accomplish something or once you get something.  I learned something important once from Dr. Ilchi Lee true happiness comes from inside of our brain.  I don’t really need anything to make me happy I can just choose to be happy and I will be.  That is the best freedom in my opinoin.

You might ask what is one-ness.  One-ness is the big-bang theory.  One-ness is let there be light.  One-ness is great-way of all things.  One-ness is described many ways.  Choose the one that you feel the most connected to and your journey can begin there.

Many spiritual minded people pursue “enlightenment” as their life’s goal, wasting much time and effort. What they do not realize is that, on the road to spiritual completion, enlightenment is just a beginning, not an end in itself. Enlightenment is recognition of our innate divinity within, and acknowledgement that this is our true nature. Enlightenment is the result of a profound and brave choice to know ourselves as we truly are.

The important thing is not this “knowing” but acting. Life is precious precisely because we have the courage and the will to live our lives as we are supposed to live them, for peace for humanity. Life is precious because it requires us to participate in its creation.

So Ilchi lee often says, Enlightenment is a choice and  an action.

It was one dark night

Suddenly pluged into my head

one brilliant star

and whispered to my ears

The glittering stars in the sky are seen

because your eyes are seeing them

the rain beating against the windows is heard

not that you are hearing them

but that your ears are hearing them

I thought it was I who looked at the stars

and listened to the rain beating against the window

But now with my eyes and ears open

I realize I am the stars and rain

Oh, the brilliant light shines once more

and I realize I am neither the starlight nor the

raindrops

Now that I understand all

and am awakened to my True Nature

words are too shabby to convey this

Outside the window in the sky

still glittering are the stars

and endlessly falling down is rain.

The principle of “live & let live” is the principle of harmony. The human body gets sick when it loses harmony. ~”The Way to Light up Your Divinity” by Ilchi Lee.

In the past, I have experienced great disharmony with my body, and only since my training with Dahn and Dr. Ilchi Lee, have I expereinced tremendous harmony. I strive to always be harmonious and accept all.
