The principle of “live & let live” is the principle of harmony. The human body gets sick when it loses harmony. ~”The Way to Light up Your Divinity” by Ilchi Lee.
In the past, I have experienced great disharmony with my body, and only since my training with Dahn and Dr. Ilchi Lee, have I expereinced tremendous harmony. I strive to always be harmonious and accept all.

I listen to Dahn Lifewords…
”Cosmic energy is my energy. My energy is cosmic energy. Cosmic mind is my mind. My mind is cosmic mind.”
I live Dahn Lifewords as shared to me by Ilchi Lee.

The world is a rose; smell it and pass it to your friends.
- Persian Proverb
The earth is beautiful, shared by all, but not always taken care of. I wish we, as a humanity, could realize this and begin really ’sharing’ instead of desiring to ‘own’; ‘taking care of’ instead of ‘ignoring’. To this end, I keep going. It would be a wonderful thing to be able to pass the earth on to future generation still as beautiful as ever. Who’s up for that?

“Earth laughs in flowers.” ~Ralph Waldo Emerson
Reminds me to watch the earth closely; to listen to the earth closely; to connect to the earth always. There are messages from Mago (earth) if only I open my heart and pay attention. Thanks to Ilchi Lee’s teachings, I am more connected with the earth every day.

“Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” ~ Carl Jung
As with Dahn training – it’s all about looking inside. I’ve learned (and experienced) that EVERYTHING is WITHIN!
I always want to “awaken” and not just “dream”.

Training Dahnmudo is an awakening journey!
One of my favorite trainings is Dahn Gong 12 Jin Kyeong. Basically, 12 forms that, if done consistently, can lead to enlightenment. I notice whenever I train the 12 forms, my body awakens to a whole new “me”. Also, any 3rd & 4th chakra issue is released. I LOVE these forms!!!

One morning I woke up because of a horrible migraine - something I’ve had since I was about 15 years old. They come usually 2x monthly and hang out for about 5 days – roller coastering in severity. Anyhow, this particular morning I inutitively started to breathe through my 7th chakra, circulate the energy in my brain, and breathe out through my fingertips. I then started to circulate the energy around my brain with my hands…then, I began to move my body in a “stretching” sort of Dahn Mu. 40 minutes later my mirgraine was gone - never to return in the next 5 days.
This was WAY HUGE for me! I had only been taking classes for (barely) 4 months and I had found a way to rid myself of these terrible headaches.
Thank you, Dr. Ilchi Lee, and all the wonderful Instructors – all I did was follow what we do in class and what I’ve learned through reading Healing Technology.

20878Internal AuditorI have been with Dahn Yoga for two and a half years. As I reflect, my training and therefore my growth can be divided into three fairly evenly periods. The first 9 months was an introductory period, learning about and feeling my body. This first stage included Finding Your True Self workshop and
Healer
School, which provided a huge jump in my growth. The next 10 months I leveled off and I cut back on my training and therefore my growth stagnated. The last 11 months I have increased my training dramatically and my growth has increased exponentially. It began with Healer Refresher training, DahnMuDo School, Power Brain Method training, Answer Within System training, and Participatory Management training. As a result, I am now a Project Leader in the
Washington DC area, I am an Instructor at my center and I participate as staff at our monthly Finding Your True Self workshop. I now help others with their training and growth, my confidence has grown tremendously and my approach and relationships with others is now totally different. Others now see and feel who I really am.
