Let the entire body rides the rhythm.

Once your body is fully relaxed and your mind has quieted, YOU can begin to follow the natural rhythm. Focus intently on your physical sensations. Allow the vibration to spread out to all parts of your body. As the body starts riding the rhythm, it becomes completely relaxed, and the skin starts vibrating. The breathing becomes natural, and all the motions follow their own rhythm. At this time you will begin to make spontaneous movement with your body. This is the process of the body healing itself. Small, subtle vibrations become bigger as they start getting more deeply into the rhythm.

Follow the flow of energy.

Once the vibration becomes natural and familiar, vou will become increasingly aware of the movement of energy within your body. Allow yourself to follow that flow. Just like hitting the accelerator in order to speed up 3 vehicle, this increased energy will speed up and strengthen the waves of the vibration in your mind.

THE PROCESS OF BRAIN WAVE VIBRATION

DRAIN WAVE VIBRATION is so SIMPLE there is no need to analyze the method too closely. However, for the sake of understanding, you should be aware that there are three distinct phases of the training. In actual practice, these steps should happen automatically without any clear distinction between each phase. It may take a few repetitions, a proper environment, and some extra time to fully experience all phases.

Deliberately make vibrations in your body

When you begin, you will make the vibrations consciously. You may do so by following the beat of a song, or you may just follow a rhythm that seems appropriate to you. At this stage you should focus on relaxing the body as you move to the rhythm. Try to quiet the thinking mind bv focusing only on the beat and the movement of your body. Avoid self-conscious concern about how you look to others; just focus on oversell. To begin, gently shake the head left and right. As the neck starts feeling relaxed, shake the shoulders up and down. Let the sensation spread through your body as you shake your entire body while lightly bouncing up and down. As you shake, imagine that you are shaking off all your complicated thoughts and emotions. Try to release all tension from the bodv through your exhalation.

When you think, “My hands are coming closer together…”

Then they will draw closer. When you think, “My hands are moving farther apart…”

Then they will move away from each other. You can control your hands with your mind. Repeat the pull-push motions, affirming the sensation of energy between your hands.

Now, imagine a ball of energy between your hands. Pour your consciousness into the space between your hands. Feel the cloud of energy, tangible and alive. Expand on the living sensation, molding it into the shape of a ball. Smooth the edges until it becomes a sphere…

A ball full of air and bounce. These lines copied from book of Ilchi Lee.

Focus on the vibration in your hands and then slowly move your hands in a circular motion. Expand the feeling of vibration from your hands to your arms, shoulders, chest, abdomen, neck, and Dahn-jon.

Now, turn the Power Brain Energizer on your left hand off while leaving the right one on. Place the Power Brain Energizer on your Baek-hwe and focus on the vibration. Turn the Power Brain Energizer off and retain the memory of the vibration, while visualizing the vibration coursing through your brain.

Now, turn the Power Brain Energizer on again and place it against your In-dang point. Focus on the vibration entering the In-dang, as it moves deep inside your brain. Turn the Power Brain Energizer off and feel the lingering vibration…

According to Mr Ilchi Lee until you feel yourself looking at your body. Who is the master of my body? My soul is the master of my body. Raise your hands slowly in front of your chest. Then let your hands go where they will, legs, arms, chest…

You are holding a private conversation with your body. Now bring your hands together, on your chest and speak to your soul…

Bringing mind and body together…

Ji-gam (Energy Sensitivity) Training raise both hands to chest level, palms facing each other, but not touching…

Direct your consciousness to your hands and whisper, Hands…hands…hands…” with the voice of your mind feel your hands begin to react.

A certain pull, a warmth…

Something drifting between your hands…

You are feeling the sensation of energy. Now push your hands closer together.

Turn the Power Brain Energizer off and recall the sensation. Turn the Power Brain Energizer on again and place it on your back, near your kidneys… then place it over the approximate locations of other internal organs. Feel the flow of energy in your stomach, liver, and kidneys…

Now, turn the Power Brain Energizer on and place it against your Hwe-um, using your body weight to secure it in place. Feel the vibration spread out from your Hwe-um to the rest of your pelvis, traveling up along your spine, all the way to the seventh Chakra. Focus on the feeling of the vibration moving throughout your body.

1 0 Breathe in and breathe out, and sit in half lotus position. Turn the Power Brain Energizers on and place them on your hands. Focus on the feeling of the vibration as it travels through your arms to the fourth Chakra, then down to the first Chakra, and then to the Yong-chun points at the bottoms of your feet. Self observation in words of Ilchi Lee is that sit or stand in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Before meeting with your soul, let us take this opportunity to meet with the body.

In order to meet with your body, you must separate your consciousness from your body.

Whisper to yourself…

My body is not me, but mine. My mouth is not me, but mine. My head is not me, but mine. My eyes are not me, but mine. My legs are not me, but mine. My arms are not me, but mine. My chest is not me, but mine. My thoughts are not me, but mine. My emotions are not me, but mine.

Whisper to yourself continuously, As you feel every part of your body, From your head to your toes… Whisper to yourself

This exercise as per Ilchi Lee writes is especially effective whenever children seem frustrated by some task or situation. It helps them learn to keep looking forward to pushing through obstacles.

01. Ask your child, “Who do you want to be?” The answer could be about their dreams for their adult life, for next week, or even for the next minute.

02. Now shout this dream in one clear, concise, declarative sentence. Make sure the sentence is definite, as in, “I AM strong,” not “I want to become strong.” Make sure this is yelled as loudly as possible.

Very interesting words by Ilchi Lee about subject that adults often complain that kids don’t use their imagination as they used to. Their days are packed with preplanned activities school, sports, tutoring, etc. and every spare moment is filled in with DVDs, children cable television programming, and video games. Little time is left to explore the world and create adventures for themselves.

Why should they bother accessing their imagination when our media culture provides computer-animated dinosaurs, battling spaceships, and instantaneous travel to every part of the globe? When these things disappear, the inevitable cry of “I’m bored!” follows.

A bored child is a child who has not learned to draw on the vast creative resources that lie within the brain. A child’s mind, once awakened to its own imagination, can produce images and ideas that easily rival those of the Walt Disney and Steven Spielberg of this world. In addition, a child’s expressions of creativity provide a link to his or her inner workings.

Essentially, a drawing, skit, or a poem is a reflection of the creator’s mental and spiritual state. Through this kind of expression, children release much of the discomfort and pressure of growing up, and they can learn to imagine a world that is better for themselves and everyone around them.
